Sports

1. Disciplines

The school provides structured exposure to multiple sporting disciplines, including Badminton, Table tennis, Volleyball, Throwball, Athletics, Archery, Yoga, Silambam etc., Each sport is supported by an external professional coach, ensuring guided, age-appropriate training and safe practice. The campus includes three dedicated badminton courts, along with suitable indoor and outdoor spaces to support regular practice across different sports. 2. After-School Practice

1. Need-Based Scholarships

  • The school provides institutional financial assistance to students from economically weaker backgrounds to ensure continuity of education.
  • Fee concessions are extended in specific cases, including the third child in a family and children of single parents etc.,
  • Students are supported in accessing eligible government scholarships based on prescribed criteria and documentation.
  • Additional need-based assistance is provided through individuals donors and partner organisations, including support from the U& I Organization, which has contributed towards the education of students facing financial hardship.

2. Merit-Based Scholarships

  • The school provides merit-based fee support to academically strong students across multiple grade levels, recognising consistent academic effort.
  • At the Higher Secondary level (Grades 11 and 12), merit support is extended based on Class 10 board examination performance to help students continue their education without financial disruption.
  • These scholarships are awarded internally to encourage academic excellence and retention.

3. RTE Admissions

  • In accordance with the Right to Education (RTE) Act, the school admits eligible students from economically weaker backgrounds under the RTE quota.
  • Twenty-five students residing within a two-kilometre radius of the school have been admitted under this provision and provided free education as per government norms.
